I absolutely love training with George. His knowledge is fantastic considering how new he is to personal training. He has been correcting errors I’ve been making with much more experienced previous trainers, and explains to me exactly why each change is beneficial. I am so impressed with the dedication the whole team show towards their knowledge and learning, with George even going to Florida this week to attend a course! They have created a brilliant community full of people who help with my motivation, and it’s lovely to have a whole team on hand whenever I need them. Hall Training are really at the top of their game and I am so glad I chose them to train with!
ining with Tobi since August 2016 during which time I have found him to be flexible (working our sessions around my work schedule), and reliable. His enthusiasm for his work and good humour (even before 7am) make our sessions enjoyable, even when he's pushing me to progress my weights. Since training with Tobi I have made significant gains in my strength, lifting weights I hadn't thought would be possible. My program is flexible to fit my needs and goals, and is regularly reviewed so it doesn't become stale. He's also given me great advice to be able to overhaul my suspect eating habits in a gradual way so it has both been achievable and not felt like a mountain to climb. Tobi regularly checks in on my progress and is always happy to answer any queries I may have (no matter how odd).
I joined up with Becky and Chris 5 months ago, and saw results in my weight loss plan straight away. tuck in a rut of constant exercise but seeing no results, I sought Chris Hall's expertise & advice before my wedding. With a careful and thorough plan, Chris expertly guided me onto a much healthier lifestyle of increased calories, more efficient exercise - & with amazing results! I had more energy & was stronger & leaner. It was a great sadness for me to move away from Oxford & leave behind Hall Systems Training - yet Chris equipped me to train well & eat well wherever I am. Three months ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl - using the knowledge and tools gained whilst working with Chris, I was able to keep training throughout pregnancy, leaving me in a good place for giving birth, & then getting back into my jeans! I couldn't recommend Hall Training Systems highly enough.
say he's terrific! Chris is the definition of a "tailored service". Chris will push you just the right amount, right between "I hate you, I've had enough and I'm never doing this again" and that feeling you get when you've achieved something great. I urge you to give Chris a shot as he might just be the difference between who you are now and the better version you can be a year down the line.
