I have been training with Chris Hall for almost a year now. He has a good understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims. He strikes a good balance between pushing me, making me feel I can always achieve more than I think, while listening carefully to what I feel is not working. He is always attentive throughout each session, and I very much feel I get value for money, as well as (usually!) enjoying the session. I would highly recommend Chris as a very professional trainer, who gives a lot of thought to his clients' training requirements.
I started working with Chris after a recommendation from a friend and I used the online nutrition service. Chris provided lots of science based evidence to explain why he had set me certain goals, which was really helpful and showed that he obviously took his role as a trainer very seriously. After learning from Chris I have lost over 15 kg over 2 years!
I have never been in better shape than when I trained with Chris. He listened to my goals and wants and not only pushed me hard in training, but also helped me understand what sort of food and vitamins I needed to be consuming so that I could achieve the physique I wanted. The training was specific to me and my needs, very well thought out, and full of variation to keep me progressing. If only Hall Training Systems would open a San Francisco branch then I would be a happy healthy and fit lady.
Chris and Tobi at the Hall Training know what they are doing. I saw excellent results in my short 8 weeks membership with Hall Training. After my consultation and assessment sessions I was given a clear programme and a nutrition tracker system, efficiently tailored around my needs and objectives. My main goal was to lose weight - I started seeing excellent results only a few days after I started my PT sessions with Tobi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
