I had a 4-session/month training for two months with George. It was a great experience and I have been losing weight in a healthy way since the first three weeks, which was part of may goal. Eating and exercising both play important roles in keeping a good lifestyle. By tracking the calories of my daily meals, I am able to know what do I need in order to reach the goals. George was really patient and nice during the training. He would make a plan based on the results obtained from the assessment and do small adjustments according to the real practice. Also, if you are a person who need somebody else to push you to exercise, it's definitely a good choice to go for the HallTraining system!
As a lady of a certain age, I was beginning to think that I would never get back to the weight at which I looked my best, and I was resigned to being invisible. That is the reality as your hair goes grey and your figure just goes! Working with Chris Hall has changed all that. With one-to-one sessions, I have not just lost weight, but changed my shape, thanks to the emphasis on developing muscle tone and overall fitness. The individualised training is combined with sound advice on diet and exercise, and Chris is so positive in all of these things that achieving your goals seems entirely within reach. I would recommend Chris without hesitation, especially to anyone wanting to roll back the years!
I love this place! I have always struggled with exercises and the gym, I am hyper-mobile and have previous injuries including dislocating my knee. All of the team have been amazing, they ensure I am comfortable and teach me how to position the exercise for me (with lots of patience as even a simple squat is new). I have only been with Hall a couple of months but my confidence has grown and I can already see physical improvements. My husband has also recently joined and practised martial arts for years at a high level. We both attend the same session and walk away knowing we have worked hard and enjoyed it. The care, attention and expertise provided is fantastic and the team are very friendly- it’s clear they love what they do and genuinely want to help you improve. I wish I had done this sooner- they make it an easy lifestyle change. Thank you.

I was training with Pete for a relatively short period of time, however, in just one month I could feel and see the results, which was the aim. I found the service very personalized (got my own diet and exercise schedule, which helped me to achieve what I was aiming for). Also huge advantage Pete and the team were always there for me in case I had questions; the schedule was flexible, which was also great. Really recommend Hall Training Systems
