When I decided to get a personal trainer this time, I had lots of doubts whether it is worth it or not. I did have a few personal trainers in the past and I've had bad experiences with them. The first thing that we did with PT Tobi is the body assessment (never done it before), and since then I understood that I am in right hands! Overall, I am very happy and I hope that other companies will take an example from Hall Training Systems!
I've been using Hall Training Systems for nearly a year and it has been incredibly positive to me. Chris is really supportive and knowledgeable and he could adapt the programme to exactly what I needed making me feel comfortable with all exercises. After a few months I could see the results, feel stronger and my muscles much more toned than before. I would definitely recommend Hall Training Systems again.
I joined up to train with Chris after being let down by a couple of other local trainers who were unreliable. From the start, Chris and his evidence-based approach to fitness inspired confidence. I have now been going to the gym regularly for 1.5 years straight, and enjoying it, which I never would have believed. I feel awesome, physically, and am much more comfortable in my own body. I now work with one of his other trainers and really enjoy how any response to my questions always references related scientific studies. And it's been fun to meet up with other trainees on social events. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend joining! You'll be glad you did.

ience of trying personal training has been excellent! I’m very impressed with Hall Training Systems, and with Becky as my trainer. Becky was encouraging and patient and great at explaining the exercises. Chris’ advice on nutrition was very helpful without making me feel too pressured. Over the past six months I’ve improved my strength and stamina, and managed to lose weight for the first time in 20 years! I also feel much more confident now about going into a gym to supplement Becky's training sessions with workouts on my own. Very highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Hall Training System enough. I have been training with Chris for almost four years, and I can only praise him and his team. When we first met, I was a typical skinny fat girl, with a lot of misconceptions about what healthy eating was. Talking with Chris made me understand how wrong I was! Following his advice, I dropped 8% bf, without restrains or cravings. The training is the best part: who knew I could be so strong!Chris, Becky, Pete, and Toby are absolutely lovely and no non-sense. Chris keeps learning on the lastest on Exercise science. He has a great team including Becky who is great for planning as well as making you work hard during training.
Tobi was a brilliant trainer who helped me towards my fitness goals. He is the perfect blend between a fun instructor and someone who pushes you to your limits. Often we could not walk for a while after the sessions. Their Facebook group helps make it feel like a community. There are summer fun-days, team building events and general updates making you feel a part of the team. Overall, a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
Great team of personal trainers guiding you through each exercise whilst challenging and encouraging you along the way.The whole set up is really well thought out and second to none.I’ve achieved more in a month with these guys than I would in a month of Sundays on my own, plus I never feel sore afterwards despite doing a really good workout.
Tobi has made such a difference to my training and diet. So friendly and helpful really keeps you motivated so you can push yourself to do more. Really enjoy our sessions and he keeps in touch to see how your week is going until your next session. Enjoy learning new exercises and feeling the benefits.
