Becky is BrilliantI have trained with Becky for a few years now. After leaving Oxford I could no longer continue my personal trainer sessions with Becky- sad times. Instead we started a Bootcamp at my office in Bampton. There are between 6-8 of us that have been have enjoying Becky's Bootcamp for a year and we are collectively a lot fitter than we were. Becky changes it each week which keeps it interesting and extremely challenging. I would recommend her and Hall Training to everyone and anyone!

We trained with Chris over several months and were really impressed, he is a great personal trainer and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Chris listened to exactly what we wanted to achieve and was focused on helping us achieve these goals. Every session was challenging (but fun!) and we saw improvements in our strength every session. Chris’ knowledge of exercise, biomechanics, and diet is really impressive and he can therefore provide a well-rounded approach to fitness. Everyone at Hall Training Systems is really friendly and motivating, so it’s a great place to kick start getting fit.

I've been with Pete Burke from Hall Training Systems for nearly nine months, and he's been a great PT. He's very motivated and always pushing me on, but not in an overly aggressive way. Pete's very knowledgeable, and on the rare occasion he doesn't know something, he will take it upon himself to go away and research the topic and let me know the answer.He also has a holistic approach that includes helping me out with nutrition, which has been highly effective in achieving my goals.And of course, he's an all round great guy.Highly recommended.

I had trained before after an injury and I was trying to get back to my personal best. Pete was an excellent trainer who varied the training and conditioning to help me to get back to and surpass my old strength levels.Pete kept the exercises varied, and did his best to break me of some bad habits. By isolating some of the muscles, he improved my technique and gave me the support I needed.Pete is a fantastic trainer, very amiable and chatty. He always knew, however, when I was playing for time, and would keep me working hard. The Hall training system allows you to monitor your progress through DropBox files, and gives you goals outside of the sessions such as interval splits and protein intake. All very useful.I did not have time to train longer with Pete, but the training system gave me a solid foundation on which to build my abilities.

When I first started training with Chris I'd never done weight training before. I saw changes really quickly, both with muscle tone and fat loss. Since I started personal training my body has completely changed. Training with Chris has massively increased my confidence and happiness with my appearance, as well as making me much fitter and healthier. To me that's a fantastic investment. The rest of the team are SO helpful and friendly, and it's great to be part of the training community.
