I'm really glad I found Chris first when I was looking for a helping hand to start weight training.I'd tried numerous times to start lifting, but I couldn't tell if I was making progress or just doing it wrong. Chris really helped me with that, he shares his knowledge with you as you train so you know what you're training and know what you're supposed to feel while you're training it, which makes it really engaging during the sessions and allows for a sense of independence when training on your own. I'm stronger now than I have ever been and I know much more about myself and my diet than I did 10 months ago.He's excellent at what he does and does exactly what he says he will.

In the past I have found gyms a little intimidating - not here though. The trainers are welcoming, encouraging and knowledgable. The programme changes frequently, so no chance of getting bored with the same old routine and there is always a trainer with you to guide you through the exercise. Susan

I am lucky enough to have been with Hall Training Systems for many years and have always thoroughly enjoyed every session. The training programs are always tailored to my specific goals and the team are always supportive in helping me achieve these. Hall Training Systems also offers expertise and guidance with nutrition which has helped me significantly. They always ensure I'm getting the most out of every exercise and have helped me feel more confident in the gym, particularly in the weights section. Chris is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He created a 3 month intensive programme for me and I was very pleased with the results. He is a fount of useful knowledge about training, anatomy and diet and he manages to push you to your maximum ability whilst making it seem fun! Was with Halls PT for a little over a month, had to leave due to study commitments. But if I weren’t in my current situation, I can guarantee Halls if the best gym you’ll find in Oxford. Trainers are top notch, will help in every aspect you can think of and best of all, people training there, including me, are of all shapes and sizes! There’s no pressure whatsoever, they look after your needs and goals! Basically 6 out of 5 stars if it were possible!!!!
