Great Product, Great Service! I contacted them via Chat, I was given initial advice then this was followed up by technical sales. I was advised very clearly of the product I needed and importantly why. I ordered from the link provided and the fixings for a "warm roof" arrived the next day. My follow up technical questions were answered within two hours. I cannot expect better service than this. Thanks

Fantastic service. Put all of the item in the basket but the 'Buy' icon wouldn't work and the order didn't get processed. I sent an email to them and they responded very quickly and provided an alternative link. Completed the purchase via the link at 1am and all items arrived next morning at 8:30am. One point of disappointment which is - when I phoned (4 times) I just get a message saying they are unable to answer the call. They need to address this and set a system up where the phone is answered or there is a option to leave a message and they call back.

I found the online guides and accompanying videos really helpful when planning my roof repair. The team replied promptly on the WhatsApp chat when I had some questions and provided copies of the written instructions and diagrams which really helped me successfully install. This is my first experience of replacing a flat roof but the kit was great and I got the job done in 2days just in time to waterproof my garage before the storms. The delivery was on time and products all were in good condition. Price was the best I could find when comparing for the same product from the likes of wickes.

Have ordered a couple of times from UKFR. Most reasonably priced. I also benefited from free delivery. I was kept updated by e mail every step of the way as to my delivery. Very fast delivery. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I researched for some time around installing a green/sedum roof on my newly built garden office. It was a stipulation by my local Planning Department and, although I wasn't averse, I was worried about the extra stress and expense. I found UK Flat Roofing to be competitive in price with clear online information about the different options which helped me decide on the way forward. Once I'd made my order, Mike from UKFR got in touch to discuss it as I hadn't made quite the right choice of edging for the sedum trays I had ordered. The new, more appropriate option he suggested was actually cheaper! Delivery was quick and straightforward and I think the product looks great on my new flat roof. Customer service has been second to none. In fact, the whole process has not been at all stressful thanks to UKFR. Thanks guys.
