UK Flat Roofing

Very impressed by the customer service. I had a query on mechanical fixings for a warm roof and got just the advice I needed. Even better was that I confirmed the order in the afternoon and it arrived before lunch the next day. You cannot ask any better than that.

Just used UK flat roofing's PRO epdm, brilliant system. Over the last 20 years I've fitted 000's of m2 of flat roofs and this is one of the simplest and fastest I've ever used. Nice thick 2mm membrane really convinced my customer it was the best option for them.

I purchased insulation fixings for a flat roof I am replacing. The products arrived well packaged and early on the expected day - and they are exactly what I needed for the job. However I was slightly taken aback by the delivery charge of 16.00 + VAT (19.20 total) for standard delivery - almost a third of the total cost.

DO NOT PLACE ORDER. Like the seller below, I placed an order (a week ago) but didn't received anything and have been unable to get in touch with UK Flat Roofing via phone or email since. Seems at least two companies under the name UK Flat Roofing Ltd have been dissolved or shut down so maybe they've run out of business. I've opened a dispute with Paypal and have escalated this issue, so I'm hoping I will at least get my money back eventually... Not to even mention all the trouble this caused us in terms of not getting the roof trim in time.

I've recently bought some PRO-EPDM materials from this company. A really strong membrane and a nice finish. Far better than some of the low quality easily damaged EPDM's from America. Give these guys a try.

Great products for the diy’er and professional. Never used rubber before and undersized my original order. ukfr increased size at no extra cost after I enquired with them. Delivered in 24hrs as promised. First class.

Excellent product and service. I was looking for some edge trims to finish a couple of sheds for a while and I stumbled on some provided by UK Flat Roofing. The trims were stocked in a number of sizes and the prices were very competitive. Delivery took a couple of days and the company provided useful updates throughout the delivery process. Within an hour of my posting details of my complaint. UK flat had contacted me and are arranging to rectify the situation. Having been in business for almost fifty years. I know that any company can have hiccups especially at times like these. Its how you sort the problems that counts, not the fact that they happen. I have no complaints about UKFR, there was a problem, they are sorting it, problem over. Good company, will have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Initially after sales was poor - no returning of emails or phone calls regarding despatch update. 1-2 days quoted - nothing received. Given the current situation I would accept some shortcomings but this has been a difficult experience. However they arrived today I am pleased to say. Covid delayed but in time. Needless to say suppliers are reputation reliant on the couriers they use sometimes. Thanks for getting back to me Mike.

Brilliant service, Mark was very quick with questions and queries. Delivery is fairly pricey however we got the modular sedum roof so a fast delivery was vital. Will definitely use them again in future. Never putting a sedum roof on the old fashioned way again.
