UK Flat Roofing

Mixed experience as the order confirmation and the delivery were prompt. However I was taken advantage of as I was under the impression that the rolls of 333 and 500mm wide resitrix membrane that I ordered were originally made that width by the Resitrix .... instead of simply being cut out of the 1000mm roll. This means that the edges of the rolls are no longer straight and look rugged as they were cut with what looks like a hack saw... plus I could have done it myself better for less money. Make the judgement yourself.

I ordered some flat roofing products off Mike. Living in the North of Ireland, I had problems with many retailers unwilling to send products. Mike was very efficient - received quote within 5 minutes of my email request. Products were shipped promptly and received a few days later. Many thanks Mike!

DO NOT BUY from this company! I purchased three items from them. The items were unsuitable for the job I was doing, so I returned them well within the time frame and requested a refund. Never heard back from them despite emailing and attempting to phone them several times (they don't pick up). I referred the matter to my Credit Card company and got my money back (less postage) and I presume the bank will deal with this cowboy company directly. Also got charged £2 on my phone bill for attempting to contact them - diabolical!

I ordered and received my goods but needed assistance regarding the product. I was unable to contact anyone (phone number and email unavailable) and had to return my goods for refund, 3 weeks later I haven't heard from them at all despite repeated emails. I paid by PayPal and my bank statement has a *paypal marking but I have no record on my PayPal account of the transaction so I don't think this payment method was used. Alarm bells are ringing that this may be some sort or scam company. I will update if I get anywhere.

FRAUDULENT Took money - no delivery of items - no contact - will not answer phone, email nor their online chat facility. Further to response from the owner - I placed my order on August 06th - you posted this response mid October!!! And to a review website, as opposed to actually emailing me. So you're saying your system was down all this time?!!! Seems very suspicious to me. And you could (SHOULD!) have stopped PayPal and your bank from taking customers payments in the meantime, no excuse

Good quality and coverage of sedum in the trays. Delivered and pre advised arrival as requested. Easy to lay. All round great and will be ordering again, thanks Mike

Was looking on line for a small trim to act as a flashing over a timber bearer and came across UK Flat Roofing. Excellent service and quick delivery. Would certainly use them again.

Top quality flat roofing material, glue, trim+nails. Excellent packaging - arrived all safe and sound. I now have a shed that won't leak with a 50 year guarantee that will out live me. Top marks.

Contacted several companies for some advice about insulation for a garden office, this was the only company that freely gave advice - Mike was very helpful and gave practical and pragmatic advice, and didn’t force me down a ‘specific route’ - he even went as far as looking up other suppliers near me to see if alternates could be found cheaper for me to consider. In the end though I bought everything I needed from UKFR. Communication was excellent, delivery updates regular and after-sales support with a couple of queries was excellent also. I would gladly use this company again, thank you very much, good old fashioned customer service!

Warm Deck Insulation Fixing for Plywood Deck –90mm Insulation (Box 100) - plastic fixings arrived with no screws. they turned up 2 days later after we bought replacement ones and had already fixed the insulation. The box was torn and only 81 screws inside anyway. not enough to finish the job. unlikely to use them again
