Omg ? my goodness gracious me!!! ? I cannot thank you enough. My hair is short enough to hide behind, but I have no doubt my hair will hide behind the wigs once it grows. My confidence has risen so incredibly much. The realistic feel of your wigs is beyond this world. I am obsessed with your whole collection ?. I received a wig which, although I loved, was cut strangely at the back. I received an instant refund and was sent a replacement immediately. I am delighted with this - they've set the bar with their customer service - it's difficult to find standards as high as this nowadays. Kudos to you!!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Had a couple of wigs from here now. Comes in beautiful pink packaging and always such great quality. So soft and just like real hair; looks so natural. Always get comments from people when out about how great my hair is. Customer service is second to none; amazing service from start to finish.

The wigs and customer care are excellent. The wigs are beautiful; they feel and look real, and they are worth every bit of money. I look nowhere else anymore for wigs, only Switch Up Style. Switch Up Style responds very quickly and sometimes leaves little notes with orders as a thank you for your order. Orders arrive quickly too. I've tried many of Switch Up Style's wigs, and I love them all, especially Katia and Gabriela... my fav ??. Switch Up Style is the best for hair and wigs. My first purchase & won't be my last!!! I ordered the Katia wig in denim blue - reasonable delivery. The packaging is so lovely; it really feels like a premium product. The wig itself is very high quality; the synthetic fibers are super soft. I've got lots of lace front synthetic wigs from other sites, but the quality of this one is very good. I will 100% be buying more xx

With all the nightmares of Royal Mail, you sent brilliant comms apologising to all customers by email but got me my beautiful wig by DPD, and I luuuve it!! Such great quality, and I love the box and personal name on my note inside. Just brilliant!

This wig is EPIC! I love it! Looked really fabulous under UV lights at the club! Excellent customer service - the team sent my wig ASAP, so it arrived in time for my birthday rave! Beautifully packaged with a card and detailed instructions. I shall definitely purchase more products from this company!

Absolutely brilliant quality wigs. Looks and feels like real hair, and no shedding at all. I've spent hundreds on expensive wigs that haven't lasted two minutes. Fantastic quality wigs for the price. I have paid many times as much for a wig online that was disappointing. All the wigs I have had from SUS have been brilliant. They don’t have that ‘wig’ look when sat on your head like so many others do. It's impossible to judge from a photo or even a video when buying hairpieces online if it’ll look like you're wearing a wig. The only way of knowing is actually putting it on in real life. These do not disappoint. Incredible quality; even the very long ones don’t tangle easily or shed. Highly recommend.

Great wig, although the colour is not as bright in real life. Easy to fit and didn't have the magnetic box as advertised. Contacted customer service but no response.
