Switch Up Style

I have two wigs from this website, and they are both absolutely atrocious quality - I've had better quality wigs for £20 from Amazon. The hair gets frizzy and kinked within days despite great care being taken to treat them, and the partings are so unnatural because of the cheap, bulky lace. This means that you can't even pluck the hair to make the partings more natural. Horrible wigs, the worst I've had in three years of wig-wearing. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. If you suffer from hair loss, these wigs are in no way suitable for daily use. It's a shame as the customer service is great, and they are really lovely.

The density and the cut of my Demi Bob are unbelievable, exactly like my real hair but better, even better than I ever imagined. Bravo to Switch Up Style; you have nailed it! Would 100% recommend for quality, service, and making me feel like a Queen!

Second time buying. The first wig I purchased is still in incredible condition. I have bought from many other competitors in the past, and the quality from Switch Up Style is the best I have found. I am again so impressed with how lovely the customer service is, how cute the packaging is, and how beautiful these wigs are. These are for sure the best wigs on the UK market. Will rave about this brand to anyone who loves hair and wigs.

Absolutely love this wig. I’ve bought 2, the Demi and the Jasmine, and plan on adding another to my collection. The quality is amazing; it feels like real hair, so soft and shiny. Would definitely recommend.

Not overly happy with the item. Postage etc. was fine, but the quality isn’t great, and it looks awful on. Lots of hair falling out, and it’s so thick it looks unnatural. My comments were deleted, so they just show positive reviews. A bit unfair you can’t get a refund.

Absolutely in love with my new wig!! I ordered the AYLA wig, and the hairline is so so good; I honestly can’t believe it! It’s so difficult to find a good affordable lace front wig in the UK, especially one that blends with my skin tone as I’m super pale. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this wig and will 1000% be buying more!

WOW... beautiful hair. Just ordered a wig and ponytail from Switch Up Style on a bit of a whim after one of their ads popped up on IG. I am SO impressed with the level of attention to detail, from the packaging to the customer service. I reached out via email with a question about my order, and they literally responded in 5 minutes!!!!!! The actual product itself is beautiful; for synthetic hair, I cannot tell the difference between this and my natural hair. It's so soft and not shiny at all. I will 100% be ordering more products... I am officially now a Switch Up addict!

Bought the Nala wig and was aware that you can’t get a refund if tried on. This made me nervous, so when it arrived, I looked at the colour and felt it wasn’t right for me, so I have returned it as per their returns policy. Paid for Royal Mail tracking, and they have signed for it, but now no response to my return and emails to chase! Will be logging with my bank and taking further action if no response in 10 days. I own a small business, and this is not good customer service and quite frankly theft! Update - since writing this review, I have received a refund and an apology for the lack of communication.

I am in *love* with my DEMI wig. Little did I know what effect this absolute BANGER of a wig would make to my world. Of the three wigs I bought from different companies, my DEMI from Switch Up Style is my absolute fav and waaaay more than I expected for the price. Very, very, very pleased with it. Everyone says I am carrying myself differently when I wear it out, and I feel like a whole new woman. Everything about this whole experience was fire! ??
