I’m honestly so glad I found this company. I suffer from severe alopecia, and these wigs have given me my confidence back. The wig caps and care book were missing from my most recent order, but customer service is incredible, and they’re sending it out to me ASAP. Honestly, the best wigs I’ve found so far. I will be returning again and again and again!

Delivery was late - but this wasn’t explained why until after I got my wig on a slip inside… an email would have been better. The wig didn’t suit me, but the returns said that if I tried it on, I wasn’t able to return it for hygiene reasons! I wouldn’t have bought if I’d known this. So I’ve paid for something that I’ll never use. This isn’t mentioned when purchasing, so beware!

Really great company to deal with. It’s the small touches that make the entire experience all that much better, such as keeping us informed throughout the whole process, a handwritten note that thanked us for ordering, and then onto the product itself, which exceeded expectations, and my daughter loves it!! Highly recommend.

Such a lovely wig, really realistic and easy to put on. I had problems with the Post Office delivery, and the company responded straight away and were super helpful. Don’t bother going anywhere else - shop here!

I still haven't received my item. Tracking says it was leaving the UK on the 24th. It is now October 1st, and USPS, the partner shipping company, states: "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." So it appears it hasn't even been shipped yet, and you are asking me to review??!! Not happy.

Been looking for this style for a long time, and let me just say I was NOT disappointed at all. It’s beautiful, fits perfectly, everyone has commented on my new haircut. Absolutely love it. Thank you, Switch Up Style; you’re the best seller. 5 stars!

It would be two and a half stars if that were possible. Ordered two items, one short, one long. Delivery was delayed by a week due to mitigating circumstances on the company's behalf, which was fine as they did arrive the day I needed them, so no harm done. One item (short) was great, high quality, and worth the money. The other, not so much; had better off Amazon. Emailed them to ask for support but didn't get a response. Maybe they're still going through their mitigating circumstances, but so am I, and I don't have the capacity to chase up support I need in response to inconsistent levels of quality.

I have tried so many different toppers to cover up my alopecia. They look fine in the front but terrible from the back. I overheat easily, so I don’t want to wear a normal wig, besides which I can’t afford human hair, and the synthetic ones I have thrown away because it has been impossible to comb them. Since wearing these wigs, I’ve had multiple compliments on my shiny hair. I don’t think anybody’s ever complimented me on my hair in my life. I had terrible hair before I started losing it. I have an immune system illness that affects my hair. I don’t care if people think they are wigs; I can look myself in the mirror after months of not wanting to go out or putting my camera in for Zoom meetings.

What an amazing company... wigs are beautifully packed with a lovely note. Been buying from them for a while now and would not go to anyone else. The quality of the wigs is outstanding, and very little shedding. Placed an order a week ago, and because I’ve been buying from them all the time, I received a wig free (same style but slightly lighter at the ends). Can’t wait to try it out on holiday ??… 5+ star company ??????????????

Great quality of the wig. Excellent customer service - really quick reply to my email. Products are on the pricey side, but totally worth the penny! I would only add wig/extension bags to the store. I’d love to order one (or more) when available.
