I had already made up my mind to choose a reduced cost funeral. I have eight grandchildren who will all be needing deposits for their first property in the future. It makes sense to me that my money will be better spent on their future than on an expensive, elaborate funeral. I found your company gave the perfect plan. Ben was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions, I was happy to make a decision to purchase a plan at the end of the call. I was assigned my own personal lady to deal with the care of my husband. Nicki Ewes kept me informed through the whole process, helping with forms and information I needed, I would highly recommend Memoria for the care of your loved ones, they bought comfort to a bad time thank you.

I finally plucked up the courage to phone and get some information on pre-paid funerals. I spoke to James who was very patient explained everything to me- he was extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable- with his help I went ahead with the plan. The whole experience couldn’t have been any more pleasant than what I experienced, they are thoughtful, compassionate, considerate to my needs and very supportive to all the questions I asked. I have taken 2 policy’s with them, 1 for myself and 1 for my mother! I know we’re in safe hands!

This is a very important issue, and we have received the best service, and advice, which is what you need when making decisions, in regards to death. As without doubt will happen one day, so having everything sorted makes so much sense.

I spoke to James Green who was very compassionate and empathetic. I felt very comfortable talking about uncomfortable things and he was the main reason I purchased the plan immediately. Unfortunately after I purchased the plan my daughter who has just lost her dad became upset and insisted I cancel. I spoke to Jane and the full amount was back in my account within 3 days.
