The person I spoke to was patient. Calm, knowledgeable, understanding, never rushed or made us make a hasty decision. Explained things over if needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mum wanted to sort out funeral for my dad, spoke to Brandon who was very helpful answered any questions I had and wasn't pushy about selling me the platinum funeral gave us the weekend to talk it through and phoned back when asked to. Explained everything thoroughly couldn't have asked for better service to the extent that mum is thinking about sorting her funeral out soon

Fairly Efficient. Max asked when he didn't know the answer to a question. Not sure whether he was a new employee but was obviously trying to be really friendly when I would have preferred him to have been a little more business-like. Generally OK though.

The professional, polite & courteous manner, provided by the assistant on the telephone; Very helpful and explained everything in a perfect manner; Can not fault anything at all, but wish to extend my humble thanks and gratitude to the gentleman that did it all.

The chap I spoke with Brandon Chafield. To say what could be a sad thing was a joy, planning my funeral, reassured my children wouldn't have a worry even having my daughter beside me on the call. Brandon is a credit and the company a God send.

Good service - and the customer service agent - George N. was excellent - very courteous and listened. There was a mix up in prices quoted and it did keep changing - but in the end they honored the price as quoted and I am delighted that my family member now has peace of mind that all her funeral arrangements are taken care of. George is a credit to your company

I spoke to a very professional young lady today who helped me through the process of what I would like when the time came of my passing. I felt at ease with the whole process, anything that I would think that'll help ease the whole family from my departure from this earth wasn't a problem. I am so grateful for your help and support you have given me.

The agent that helped us through the process was very professional but also very kind and considerate. He talked me through everything in a pleasant manner and I was comfortable talking to him about this big purchase. He explained everything fully and he called me back as I requested as I had to discuss it with my husband. There was absolutely no pressure. I was happy to take out a plan for both me and my husband. I would not hesitate to recommend this service as it was first class

Absolutely lovely helpful lady on the end of the phone, which is what you want when you are arranging a funeral, all be it for yourself or another member of your family. Everything was explained and she was happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company.

I would give no stars if I could. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. My father was cremated by them last year. The amount of mistakes they made. We actually had to get another company to step in. My mother who died on 30th June is still not laid to rest as now they decide to tell us there is a £250 fee as she was collected "after hours" how inconvenient of her. This company has made our lives a misery and very stressful due to their incompetence.
