I called to confirm details about the product before purchasing, and the response was honest and informative. After purchase, I received details of delivery, when the item would be delivered, and updated when it was delivered. The service was excellent.
I purchased two water jugs that were unfit for purpose. I was refused a refund on the grounds the items were discounted and I had used one, hence I knew it was unfit! Also, they said I was rude for insisting it was their responsibility to address the problem, saying if I sent items back they would just send them back with no refund as they were closing down, as if that is my problem. PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase from them. They don't care and will just take your money. BUYER BEWARE.
