The delivery was fast. But I had a slight problem with one of the parts being damaged. I contacted the team, and they were brilliant. Sent a replacement out the same day. Definitely would recommend.

Phoned the company to order my remedy. The person on the phone was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The remedy order was quick and easy. Received my order within the week. Very happy with my experience, especially since it was also my first order from this company.
I had an issue with the delivery on my first order, and their customer team was very quick to resolve it and sent me another package. I also found a bunch of good products I'm having trouble finding elsewhere since they're produced in the U.S.

I have bought a Berkey filter from Evolution Organic. I received great customer service; they answered any questions I had. I am recommending this company to all my friends, family, and clients.
Please be wary of this company. They sent me an incorrect and incomplete Berkey water filter. They have not responded to emails or returned any of my calls to return this and get a refund. The website now just says closed for maintenance.
