I'm not great on the internet, so I made a telephone call. The lady was very helpful. Only day 10 of using Thyroid Support Gold for my ? Pretzel, who will be 16 years of age this October ?. Reviews were impressive.
The people at Evolution Organics are very friendly and helpful. Also, they are the only UK company I could find that had the product I wanted.
Best coffee in the world. It's toxins and mold-free. All roasts taste very good. Always fast delivery and packed nicely. Highly recommended!!
I have used EO many times over the last few years and have been very happy with them. However, this time I made an order on 17th June, status was updated to shipped soon after. I then received DPD tracking which stated they were expecting my parcel but had not yet received it. I left it 5 days with tracking still saying the same. Then I contacted them by email, web form, voicemail, Facebook, and IG and have had zero response on where my order over £100 is.
Evolution Organics sent the wrong item in error. Spoke to a very helpful woman who sorted it out straight away. Very good company.
I accidentally ordered a duplicate item, which I returned. The customer advisor I spoke with managed to make me feel the company had a personal interest in my satisfaction - even researched an item on my behalf and emailed me her findings. Very efficient service.
