Excellent service from the first contact with Lisa and also with Anthony who did our PAT Testing and Tom who did our EICR testing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our business and work whilst they carried out our testing around us. PAT Test - Nathan Abram came to do our yearly PAT Test. Nathan was friendly, cheerful, polite and helpful. The service was carried out with no issues and was done very efficiently and he checked it was ok with all the staff before testing in their area. Would highly recommend him.

I called and spoke to Craig who couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly arranged a site visit and conducted testing for all our appliances... we'd been putting it off but it was easy, efficient and PTS are lovely to work with.

Martin Morris visited our organisation on the 31.01.2024. He completed our PAT testing and tested our smoke detectors. Martin was very respectful to our service users when completing his checks and tests in the care home. I highly recommend him and we will utilise this company for our other homes in the near future.

Tom Mooney was very professional and easy to work with. Had a fixed electrical wiring inspection during our opening hours, plenty of advice and he’s very detailed. He worked around us during busy hours and plenty of warning before he switched anything off. Recommend for those who need to get an EICR certificate.

May I just say a huge thank you to Steve who came in and did our fire extinguisher servicing and commissioning for us. He is a credit to the organisation.

A busy company speaks volumes, and despite their busy diary, PTS were able to fit us in for PAT testing. Steve visited one of our sites after finishing another job early and did a wonderful job.
