Rob from PTS arrived on time and was very thorough and helpful while he was here doing our portable appliance testing. He repaired what he could and highlighted any failures, will use again.

We had Nathan Abram in over the last few days doing all our pat testing across our site. He was highly professional, very efficient and polite. We were extremely happy with the service received.

It's really hard trying to find an electrical company to do PAT testing and even harder to get one that's efficient in all aspects of the job but that's what we found using PTS Compliance. The service was excellent from the start to the finish. Very efficient, on time, friendly/helpful staff. We had Nathan in today to do the compliance testing. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and was extremely considerate, given that it was a working environment and went out of his way not to cause any difficulties whilst checking all of the appliances, double checking at times, if he was unsure of anything.

Turned up on time, carried out works with great communication and explained anything we were unsure about. 5* Fully Recommend.

Very helpful and quick to respond to emails and queries. The engineer went about his work diligently and kept me informed of his working progress. Very polite and respectful. The engineer checked with me the appropriate times to enter all areas of the school building so as not to disturb the working day of the children.

Your testing staff, Aaron Brooks, turned up early which was a bonus for our business, he was polite and carried out his work efficiently and without any issues. Thank you.

PTS Compliance provided excellent service. They promptly answered all my questions, arranged the EICR inspection within a week, and carried it out efficiently with minimal disruption. The cost was very competitive. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.
