From ordering to installation, the process was seamless. Our engineer, Tash, arrived at the agreed time, installed our unit quickly, and provided an excellent explanation of how to get the most out of our BIBO. Thank you, Rob Brown
We have had our Bibo for a few years. Unfortunately, the unit started to leak. Our options were to pay for an engineer to come out and assess the problem at an unknown cost or to return the unit and pay £250 for a complete refurbishment or to just buy a new unit. We opted for the refurb. After several calls to chase the return and a couple of broken promises, we finally got the unit back after almost 4 weeks wait. The customer service was always polite and friendly, but the length of time and broken promises on delivery dates was VERY disappointing and frustrating. The product is great, but the service needs to match.
Over 6 years ago at ALPS, we bought our first BIBO Classic and immediately loved it. Great for cold water drinks in the hot weather and, of course, tea and coffee anytime; we seem to run the business on tea! 5 years later, we had the original one fully serviced by Tasha from BIBO and bought another BIBO Classic for kitchen #2. When the outside temperatures reached the highest of the year, the original unit's cold chiller unit failed, but Tasha to the rescue once again, and a new piece was installed the next day. Happy staff and great service. Priceless.
We had our BIBO fixed, and the engineer was on time, very polite, and gave us some great maintenance advice.
We chose Virgin, and they let us down, especially their customer service. So we went with Bibo, and it’s been night and day. And we’re really glad we did. No problems at all, nothing too much trouble. We had a great engineer who installed when they said they would, and the machine itself is perfect, just what we wanted!
My partner rang and left a message because there was an issue with the water bar. A member of staff at the company returned his call but couldn't confirm when an engineer would visit. Half an hour later, I received a call from the engineer who asked if there was someone in. I confirmed my partner would be in, and the engineer said he would be with us by 11. He came and, in less than an hour, found the problem and rectified it.
I'm new to Bibo; we've had this machine for about 6 months, and it's keeping all the staff happy. Also, they came out recently to sort out the filter - very prompt. So far, so good.
Jason came at our best time, as usual. God bless you, Jason?. Great job from him, and my Bibo continues running smoothly. Just one thing, this machine only needs a limescale filter to be perfect. Think of it, Bibo.
Great service, efficient engineers. We have had a BIBO machine for a couple of years now, and it saves our staff so much time making drinks with its instant hot water and ice-cold water provision. BIBO even provides early service engineering slots that don't disrupt our client day.
Just had a full service on my Bibo. The engineer who called was both on time and very efficient. He completed the service and reset my machine. I’m very impressed with and would recommend Bibo to anyone.
