Fantastic service from this clinic - rang with a short timeline for a booster jab for travel within days, had an appointment offered same day - arrived early for this, was seen ahead of time by really friendly team. Really recommend.

I have had many travel vaccines at Marston, Oxford WalkInTravelClinic. I have to say every time I've been I've been overwhelmed by the service I received. In Nov 2021 I went to get Yellow Fever and Hep A due to travels to Africa and I wasn't sure what vaccines I needed and what would have been overkill but the pharmacist talked through it with me with questions like what were my plans and telling me why each vaccine was recommended. In February 2022 I went back after such good service to get yet more vaccines for travelling to Asia and all the staff were so welcoming. I recommend this pharmacy 1000%.

My husband and I recently visited a Walk in clinic at Frosts Pharmacy in Banbury to receive our Yellow Fever Vaccines. We were both made very welcome by our doctor and felt relaxed and at ease throughout the whole experience. At the end of the appointment we both felt that we were finally on our way to our long journey to St. Helena Island via South Africa and it was certainly a great feeling. After our experience We would most certainly recommend the Walk in Clinic to all of our family and friends and would attend again should we need to in the future.

I was seen by Aleks P. who fitted my appointment in despite me not having made a prior appointment and the clinic being fully booked. She was patient, courteous, helpful, and kind and helped me with several vaccines for India. Even when I was unhelpful as I did not come to clinic with a prior vaccination record she gave me a very professional service and helped me with all my requirements. 5/5 customer service. Give this very professional lady a pay rise!

Took advice for travels to South East Asia. Was nervous about going without Rabies and Japanese Encephalitis vaccines despite the risk being low. The pharmacist was very helpful and there was no pressure to get vaccinated. Quick and easy process of getting vaccinated, and my appointment for the next dose was organised with ease. Would recommend this place for sure!

As per the name, I just walked in and was seen straight away as there was no one else waiting. They ran through the recommendations and were very open about what could be obtained through the NHS or what their own charges would be - not in the slightest bit pushy to go for theirs. I needed malaria tablets and they worked out the cheapest combination of original brand (can be bought singly) and generic tablets (sold in boxes). Followed up with a general advice leaflet in an email.

Didn’t actually get vaccinated here but not hugely impressed - ironically the WalkInTravelClinic doesn’t in fact accept walk-ins, even in Aug ‘22 so well after pandemic disruption etc. Website bookings broken and nothing obvious to say *Booking Required* etc. Also despite opening hours being listed as 9-6:30pm that’s really just the pharmacy it’s in and they don’t seem to do vaccinations after 4pm which is bit of an issue for people who, say work? Probably great people doing a great job and service etc but have just wasted best part of an hour doing all this so I’ll be a Karen and vent about it online…

Robert Bradshaw was kind, courteous and very professional. He went out of his way to find out exactly what my daughter Lydia needed, as she’d had her initial childhood vaccinations in France. Highly recommend!

Took the time to explain everything and check our requirements. Vaccinations were administered quickly and painlessly. Would be happy to recommend Frosts Pharmacy travel vaccination service.
