We have had 2 scans now, with Gill, assisted by Vicki. Both experiences have been great - they were both very friendly and reassuring and explained everything well. The rooms are clean and welcoming and it was lovely to see the scan on a big screen, as well as be able to take home photos and have access to videos. We will be back for a gender scan and would recommend the place to anyone considering a private pregnancy scan.
I’ve been with Ultrasound Direct since we first found out we were pregnant and the staff have always been amazing as well as the experience to see our baby every time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
I had gone into my early viability scan appointment feeling quite nervous, having experienced some spotting the week before and given this is my first pregnancy. Michaela and Katie really helped put me and my husband at ease and talked us through the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. It was really reassuring to see our baby and has really helped to ease my anxiety.
Was very relaxing, not rushed at all and staff were kind and reassuring. Have booked again as was such a lovely experience.
Was so easy to book in for our early scan, they did contact me to advise may be better to choose a later date as more chance of seeing baby's heartbeat and with changing to a later day was able to get more out of the appointment. Very friendly people and made me and my partner feel at ease as we were very nervous. Look forward to using them throughout our pregnancy ?
I was very scared before going but immediately I got there, the receptionist was very nice, I was reassured, I had the Scan, I was advised, supported and it made my day really happy. It's a very good team there.
I'm always able to get an appointment at the London City centre, and the results are often sent within the hour. Which has been a godsend in sending to the IVF clinic in Spain. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Corina and Sarah (Poole) looked after us at our first appointment and I could not fault the professionalism and kindness they showed us throughout. It was late and it was the last appointment of the day but they stayed cheerful and provided excellent service!
Absolutely excellent care! I went for a scan last Wednesday, having had a miscarriage last year it’s a very anxious time. Jayne and Kay could not have been more nice and professional, they were going well above and beyond what is expected. Jayne explained everything so well while doing the scan and keeping me calm, while Kay listened to all my concerns and worries. When I got out I felt so much more positive about this pregnancy, thanks so much Ladies you are an amazing team, your kindness meant the world to me and my partner! I will definitely be back and would recommend Ultrasound Direct to everyone!
