Truss Professional UK

I did my order and haven’t received my confirmation email. Doesn’t give a good impression at all. I have checked my Bank account and have two pending transactions for the same order. I have email them, nothing back. It makes me think only negative about this company from the beginning

Truss products were recommended to me after I had my hair made blonde - I have to say having tried many different products this one really works. The website is great - it offers all the relevant and most needed products from the range. I ordered and the products arrived very quickly and reasonably well packaged with also some samples which were gratefully received.

The products are amazing but unfortunately the service is terrible. I have placed an order a week ago, I am yet to receive a order confirmation let alone the order. I have contacted her in several occasions but she has failed to respond. If you want these products, I recommend you buy it directly from one of their stockists but not from truss-Uk

I knew Truss products when I use to live in Brazil, and when I found it I could buy trough they website here in the UK, I was very happy. It isn’t cheap, but is wort it every penny. The delivery was quick and they give a sample witch I loved and the product came in a beautiful package with paper hearts and I will definitely buy it again!

Bought for my wife who had chemo last year Even though she didn’t lost her hair you can imagine the hair structure suffered a lot .Months after months tons of products trough a Brazilian Hair Dresser we could find it here in the UK and according to my wife she will never use anything else on her hair.So we highly recommend.

I received my amino from Truss and even though the product wasn't sealed it looked genuine (especially the smell). I have started to use it so I'll feedback after seeing the results. After I mentioned to the Customer Service dept that my product wasn't sealed, a very lovely employee, Hannah, replied instantly and offered me a full refund which I declined as I already started to use the product. She then sent me a lovely gift with multiple samples and products, wrapped so nicely.This is definitely the best CS I've experienced so far, so great job Truss for taking care of your staff and customers x

Excellent experience!!! I love truss brand! It’s luxurious it’s my favourite!!! Shampoo leaves hair smell divine, even my husband uses it and keeps repeating its his number1!!! Speedy delivery ! What I really appreciate is ecological packaging as well ? Thank you !!!

After finding this brilliant company at Salon International last year! I can honestly say the Air Libre is one of my favourite bleaches! Lovely customer service and Max Borges is definitely the king of Brazilian balayage! The only downside is I wish it was in capital or Sally’s so it would much easier for me to grab when stocking up.
