It’s been a fantastic process having the help from Platinum services getting me onto my master's course for LCCM. From start to finish their services have been amazing and the team are great helping get you to where you need to be. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to get back into studying and need that bit of extra support/drive.

I definitely would not recommend using this agency, even if you need help you’re better off applying directly by yourself. Poor communication throughout and negligent of my application. The process could literally not have been any worse and staff are very dismissive. At every point, I’ve had to beg for information and help because of their lack of professionalism. Loads of issues with my admission but had they listened to me months ago, or at any point I kept explaining the situation, it could have been resolved.

Have to say, nothing but positive things to say. With a bit of patience & as long as you make sure you sort everything out your end, i.e., application, referral form then you’ll have no problem. Vishal, Amir & Finn were always good with correspondence, even when they were on holiday they got someone to contact me. I received my first £300 this morning so very happy & can say it’s legit.
