Explanation of reports is very detailed and scientific yet easily understandable, user-friendly website and creative recipes! Some of the workouts could be more varied like giving options of exercises in case you struggle with form or prefer not to do the same thing for months. Maybe give insight on trending movements and studies that blow up in the online fitness community.
It is great, lots of good information, easy navigation. I purchased long time ago and I am constantly receiving updates regarding new results. Truly recommend for whom wants to know more about themselves, exercises and so on.
Fitness genes has given me an in-depth insight into why my body reacts in different ways to certain exercises or lifestyle changes. I have yet to try their workout plans which is the next step and why I've not given 5 stars. I would love an app as it would be easier to keep track. I would and have recommended the test for friends and family.
It was so interesting the results they gave you - more than you expected to know about yourself. I’m not versed in scientific/medical terms but they explained very well. I’ve gotten tips on how to reach my fitness goals based on my genetics so very excited to see how everything turns out. Just wish they had an app like 23&me.
Contradictory information. After a whole speech on how high homocysteine levels damage your blood vessels my results are lower than average and then give me a plan to increase it. The first advice is to quit smoking. I don't smoke. This is not only a waste of money but dangerous to health. Do not follow the advice given unless you have checks that it has a scientific backing.
