Ultrasound Direct

Went for gender scan which the website states will last 15 mins however we were in and out in 3-4 minutes... fair enough we saw the bits right away but we felt very rushed compared to the 2 previous visits where the girls took their time. I also brought my 9 yr old and was more disappointed for her because it was so quick and rushed for her. Had been at 8 wks and 12 wks and was pleased with the service but this time was a bit disappointing.

Absolutely lovely staff. The ultrasound photos came out really good and during a stressful pregnancy the bonding scan really made me feel better.

Corina and Sarah (Poole) looked after us at our first appointment and I could not fault the professionalism and kindness they showed us throughout. It was late and it was the last appointment of the day but they stayed cheerful and provided excellent service!

Booked a well woman scan. Such a brilliant service for peace of mind at a very reasonable cost, this is the second time I have had one and sonographer both times has been fantastic. They take lots of time to explain everything in depth and answer any questions you have, and you have a report you can give to your GP to keep on record too. Sadly in the UK we are not offered annual scans if there is a history of ovarian cancer in the family (which are offered in other parts of the world as it is such a silent killer), but this is a very cost effective way of keeping an eye on things!

The staff arrived at 11:15, there was myself and another man waiting for 11am appointments. They made no apology to either of us.

We have had 2 scans now, with Gill, assisted by Vicki. Both experiences have been great - they were both very friendly and reassuring and explained everything well. The rooms are clean and welcoming and it was lovely to see the scan on a big screen, as well as be able to take home photos and have access to videos. We will be back for a gender scan and would recommend the place to anyone considering a private pregnancy scan.

Was so easy to book in for our early scan, they did contact me to advise may be better to choose a later date as more chance of seeing baby's heartbeat and with changing to a later day was able to get more out of the appointment. Very friendly people and made me and my partner feel at ease as we were very nervous. Look forward to using them throughout our pregnancy ?

Absolutely lovely ladies, made me, my partner and my son feel very welcome and relaxed (they even provided personalised scan pics with names on for my 2 boys for free) very prompt we were there early and seen straight away and done everything possible to get the gender.
