Ultrasound Direct

Place was nice and clean and staff were polite and friendly. Scan helped us to date the pregnancy and reassured the quality of scan and photos were not the best so we wouldn't return for that reason. Because pregnancy was only 8 weeks it wasn't very clear to see on an abdominal scan. We would've maybe been able to see things more detailed if we were given transvaginal but we weren't offered this. Appointment felt a little rushed because I think we were the last appointment of the day, again maybe why we weren't offered transvaginal. Disappointing because we had such lovely memories of our two visits to the Bedlington clinic with our last pregnancy at least we could see we had a heartbeat today I suppose!

Two great 4D baby scans. Baby was not in the mood to let us catch a glimpse at the first scan, so we were offered a second free and were lucky the second time! Both the sonographers were lovely, and it was great to download the video and pictures of the scan afterwards, and to take home some surprise goodies as well. Thank you!

Very professional, baby wasn't playing ball so rebooked very easily. I paid for a more expensive scan that was needed and they gave advice and sorted out the one we needed as well as the price.

Had a dating scan at 9 weeks - The receptionist was very welcoming and the sonographer was extremely knowledgeable. Very kind and reassuring considering the crazy amount of nerves I was battling with. Really pleased with how it all went. Would highly recommend this service.
