UK Flat Roofing

Have ordered a couple of times from UKFR. Most reasonably priced. I also benefited from free delivery. I was kept updated by e mail every step of the way as to my delivery. Very fast delivery. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I ordered some flat roofing products off Mike. Living in the North of Ireland, I had problems with many retailers unwilling to send products. Mike was very efficient - received quote within 5 minutes of my email request. Products were shipped promptly and received a few days later. Many thanks Mike!

Mike was able to tell me (a self-builder) exactly what I needed for my green roof and saved me a significant amount of money through suggesting better suited products than my roofer had asked for.

Brilliant service, Mark was very quick with questions and queries. Delivery is fairly pricey however we got the modular sedum roof so a fast delivery was vital. Will definitely use them again in future. Never putting a sedum roof on the old fashioned way again.

Very impressed by the customer service. I had a query on mechanical fixings for a warm roof and got just the advice I needed. Even better was that I confirmed the order in the afternoon and it arrived before lunch the next day. You cannot ask any better than that.

Initially after sales was poor - no returning of emails or phone calls regarding despatch update. 1-2 days quoted - nothing received. Given the current situation I would accept some shortcomings but this has been a difficult experience. However they arrived today I am pleased to say. Covid delayed but in time. Needless to say suppliers are reputation reliant on the couriers they use sometimes. Thanks for getting back to me Mike.

Within an hour of my posting details of my complaint. UK flat had contacted me and are arranging to rectify the situation. Having been in business for almost fifty years. I know that any company can have hiccups especially at times like these. Its how you sort the problems that counts, not the fact that they happen. I have no complaints about UKFR, there was a problem, they are sorting it, problem over. Good company, will have no hesitation in dealing with them again.
