UK Flat Roofing

Mixed experience as the order confirmation and the delivery were prompt. However I was taken advantage of as I was under the impression that the rolls of 333 and 500mm wide resitrix membrane that I ordered were originally made that width by the Resitrix .... instead of simply being cut out of the 1000mm roll. This means that the edges of the rolls are no longer straight and look rugged as they were cut with what looks like a hack saw... plus I could have done it myself better for less money. Make the judgement yourself.

I ordered and received my goods but needed assistance regarding the product. I was unable to contact anyone (phone number and email unavailable) and had to return my goods for refund, 3 weeks later I haven't heard from them at all despite repeated emails. I paid by PayPal and my bank statement has a *paypal marking but I have no record on my PayPal account of the transaction so I don't think this payment method was used. Alarm bells are ringing that this may be some sort or scam company. I will update if I get anywhere.

Did not get item paid for as there was an issue with details changing when placing an order online. Not possible to reach on the phone and they where not willing to call back. Have given them a chance to correct their mistake but they insisted straight away without investigating that the fault was not theirs. Avoid.

Good quality and coverage of sedum in the trays. Delivered and pre advised arrival as requested. Easy to lay. All round great and will be ordering again, thanks Mike

I found the online guides and accompanying videos really helpful when planning my roof repair. The team replied promptly on the WhatsApp chat when I had some questions and provided copies of the written instructions and diagrams which really helped me successfully install. This is my first experience of replacing a flat roof but the kit was great and I got the job done in 2days just in time to waterproof my garage before the storms. The delivery was on time and products all were in good condition. Price was the best I could find when comparing for the same product from the likes of wickes.

FRAUDULENT Took money - no delivery of items - no contact - will not answer phone, email nor their online chat facility. Further to response from the owner - I placed my order on August 06th - you posted this response mid October!!! And to a review website, as opposed to actually emailing me. So you're saying your system was down all this time?!!! Seems very suspicious to me. And you could (SHOULD!) have stopped PayPal and your bank from taking customers payments in the meantime, no excuse

I purchased insulation fixings for a flat roof I am replacing. The products arrived well packaged and early on the expected day - and they are exactly what I needed for the job. However I was slightly taken aback by the delivery charge of 16.00 + VAT (19.20 total) for standard delivery - almost a third of the total cost.

I researched for some time around installing a green/sedum roof on my newly built garden office. It was a stipulation by my local Planning Department and, although I wasn't averse, I was worried about the extra stress and expense. I found UK Flat Roofing to be competitive in price with clear online information about the different options which helped me decide on the way forward. Once I'd made my order, Mike from UKFR got in touch to discuss it as I hadn't made quite the right choice of edging for the sedum trays I had ordered. The new, more appropriate option he suggested was actually cheaper! Delivery was quick and straightforward and I think the product looks great on my new flat roof. Customer service has been second to none. In fact, the whole process has not been at all stressful thanks to UKFR. Thanks guys.
