UK Flat Roofing

Very unclear shipping message. Charged £15 initially for shipping to NI, then order didn’t arrive, questioned why, ended up having to pay ANOTHER £15 to get it to NI. Meaning shipping to NI cost £30 for a box!! I get full pallets shipped to NI cheaper. Needed the parts but won’t use again...

Even during C19 an outstanding response, delivery and service, right down to pallet delivery company. Mr Green Modular Sedum Roof installed and one happy husband. Would use again and happy to recommend.

I used whats app to speak to them i asked a million and 1 questions i was sent videos how to install my insulation they even helped me work out my wood batoning and gave so much advice for what my project was cannot praise them more absolutely class A customer service they even worked out my cheapest but best product and had a distrubuter in my area so i even saved on delivery brilliant guys on whatsap thank you a million. If you need the products they sell insulation then these are the best i found and the most reasonable priced. I was asking questions for weeks as i wasnted to be sure and they had so much patience and i now feel confident to carry out my project ??

Have products ‘available’ on the website which aren’t available. If products aren’t in stock regardless of the reasons this should be shown clearly on the website. Take your money then offer you an alternative which is £400+ more expensive. Take ages to refund money.

Did not get item paid for as there was an issue with details changing when placing an order online. Not possible to reach on the phone and they where not willing to call back. Have given them a chance to correct their mistake but they insisted straight away without investigating that the fault was not theirs. Avoid.

I’ll be waiting two weeks for an order to turn up, and I’ve had no response on when I can expect a delivery. I have called the number on the website for more information On numerous occasions however I have not managed to get through after a whole week of calling every single day. I have sent emails to customers support but have not received any reply. It has been really disruptive as we have been waiting on site for one item to be able to continue with other works.

Highly recommended - UK Flat Roofing has been the best customer experience I've had throughout my build. Mike was able to tell me (a self-builder) exactly what I needed for my green roof and saved me a significant amount of money through suggesting better suited products than my roofer had asked for.

We installed the sedum roof October 2018, it looks absolutely fabulous. The variety of plants and the quality, they are just starting to flower. I seem to be unable to attach a photo. We are delighted with the results after 8 months.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. After repeated attempts to contact them they have ignored my emails. I purchased 7 rolls of insulation totalling around £1500. 3 arrived ripped and soaking wet. I am stuck with them and have had to pursue the matter with credit card. I would not use this company again. They have no customer service to speak of and have actively ignored all my correspondence.

Decent price, super quick delivery, only problem was some damage to the metal trims (all 5 that I bought). Was able to straighten them enough to use, not exactly perfect but won’t be visible anyway.
