I received my amino from Truss and even though the product wasn't sealed it looked genuine (especially the smell). I have started to use it so I'll feedback after seeing the results. After I mentioned to the Customer Service dept that my product wasn't sealed, a very lovely employee, Hannah, replied instantly and offered me a full refund which I declined as I already started to use the product. She then sent me a lovely gift with multiple samples and products, wrapped so nicely.This is definitely the best CS I've experienced so far, so great job Truss for taking care of your staff and customers x
