Switch Up Style

I still haven't received my item. Tracking says it was leaving the UK on the 24th. It is now October 1st, and USPS, the partner shipping company, states: "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." So it appears it hasn't even been shipped yet, and you are asking me to review??!! Not happy.

Yay, a legit British company with super customer service, great products, and a personalised touch! Congrats!! With all the nightmares of Royal Mail, you sent brilliant comms apologising to all customers by email but got me my beautiful wig by DPD, and I luuuve it!! Such great quality, and I love the box and personal name on my note inside. Just brilliant!

The wigs and customer care are excellent. The wigs are beautiful; they feel and look real, and they are worth every bit of money. I look nowhere else anymore for wigs, only Switch Up Style. Switch Up Style responds very quickly and sometimes leaves little notes with orders as a thank you for your order. Orders arrive quickly too. I've tried many of Switch Up Style's wigs, and I love them all, especially Katia and Gabriela... my fav ??. Switch Up Style is the best for hair and wigs. If you're considering ordering, do it; you won't be disappointed.

Great wig, although the colour is not as bright in real life. Easy to fit and didn't have the magnetic box as advertised. Contacted customer service but no response.

Omg ? my goodness gracious me!!! ? I cannot thank you enough. My hair is short enough to hide behind, but I have no doubt my hair will hide behind the wigs once it grows. My confidence has risen so incredibly much. The realistic feel of your wigs is beyond this world. I am obsessed with your whole collection ?. I cannot recommend Switch Up Style wigs enough; I am saving up for them all as they are definitely not just hype. I had my hair cut really short as I wanted to grow my hair colour out and thought it would be easier with short hair, but I absolutely hated it so I thought I'd try a wig. I was very sceptical ordering my wig as the price was so reasonable. On other sites, I've looked at, the wigs are so expensive! Anyway, my wig arrived today, and I love it!!!! It's amazing. The quality is brilliant, the style is how my hair used to be before I cut it, so as soon as I put it on, I felt like me again. I've been so self-conscious with short hair, but this has given me all my confidence back. Definitely buying more in different colours. Thank you so much!!

I absolutely loved my hair!! The hair was super soft and silky. I loved how it came with wig caps and care instructions. Not sure how it takes to heat as I haven't straightened it (there was literally no need). I wore it for a week straight and it's still in amazing condition. Slight shedding but that's to be expected. I've ordered 2 more; I couldn't be happier. Will post pics soon x
