We are a charity that have recently taken on a building and we needed PAT testing. We contacted PTS and we found them helpful from the initial call to the work being done. Excellent customer service and reasonable cost. Will use again.

From obtaining the quote to the engineer visiting our Offices - had great service. Email correspondence from Sean - had quick replies and easy to understand. Competitive pricing. Peter who came to deal with the testing was very friendly and helpful.

Came out quickly. Engineer was friendly and helpful. Didn’t arrive at initial estimated time but we were updated when we chased. Payment was upfront - would have preferred to have paid on invoice.

I found this company on the internet and explained what I required. An appointment was made for me straight away and invoice paid. The electrician Andy arrived on time and did a very good job. Also the certificate was emailed the very next day. Very Happy with the service and will use this company again.
