Posh Eyes Opticians Oxford

I cannot fault Julian and Posh Eyes on their service. I bought a repeat order pair of Police glasses, plus another pair of the same frames with sunglass lens. We needed them in a hurry for our holidays and Julian got them turned around within a week from ordering to arriving at our house. I was incredibly impressed. Plus the price is amazing and quality is superb. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly order from Posh Eyes again.

I recently bought a pair of prescription variofocal Ray Ban sunglasses from Posheyes by phone. I found them very helpful. They clearly knew their stuff and took the time to understand my needs and requirements. They gave good advice, their price was competitive, the glasses arrived quickly and do everything that I wanted of them. Altogether an excellent performance. I would buy from them again.

After many years going to various high street opticians, I decided to try purchasing my glasses via the Internet and I must say it was simple, fast with a very attentive service and very cost effective. I will definitely use Posh Eyes for all my future requirements. First class service from a first class company.

Company takes the full 10 working days to mark as dispatched, but still not actually dispatched as Royal Mail don't have the parcel. When I rang earlier in the week got a story about glasses going missing on the way to the lab, so they aren't dispatching them anyway. This company is drop shipping and lie about dispatched. I'll never use again. Ordered 20/5, 6/6 still nothing. EDIT: So everything I said was spot on. EDIT2: Now two days later, Royal Mail still don't have the parcel. Marking dispatched is therefore untrue, which I think makes it a lie. I rang and was hung up on as apparently telling the truth is rude and they will no longer speak to me. Contacting trading standards, this company is an utter joke.

Brilliant website but I needed some help and guidance so I had to call, Julian was quick to answer my questions, very knowledgeable and very patient. I was having some unusual glasses reglazed Huawei Smart Glasses 2 (Brow line edition) with some Zeiss lenses, Posh Eyes went away confirmed it could be done and got back to me with a highly competitive price very quickly. A little over a week I had my glasses back to me reglazed all in all a great friendly service and very speedily completed. Posh Eyes are highly recommended and I will be using again.

Ordered ray ban optics with ray ban lenses where the etching is put onto the frames. Wow amazing service from Julian and they arrived so quickly having the ray ban lenses which are fantastic, well worth the little extra. I will be back in the future and highly recommended to everyone. Thrilled with my glasses!

All I can say is firstly, if you have finally come to the realisation that high street opticians are RIPOFFS then congratulations, that's the first step, the next step in your 're-education' is finding a reputable company who can deliver the same type of contact lenses (or glasses) to you at upto 70% of the price! I have been using Posh Eyes for nearly 2 years now, fast, efficient and always deliver on time! But the MOST impressive thing about Posh Eyes is Julian and the personal human touch that he offers! Thank you and keep up the good work!

I've used this company twice now - once in 2007 and now again in 2015 - both times I've bought Silhouette glasses, and both times been very happy with the results. The prices are fantastic, but perhaps more importantly is the quality of the glasses. The first pair lasted me eight years, and only really gave up after many years of benign toddler abuse. The second pair just turned up and are sublimely comfortable, and as good as the first pair - and hopefully will last as long! The service is always great, Julian replies promptly and is always helpful and knowledgeable.
