Great service and glasses :)

Absolutely incredible service. I've been a full-time glasses wearer for 2 years and each summer I've threatened to buy prescription lenses for my Oakley Frogskins. Each year I've struggled to justify the cost the high street opticians want to charge for genuine Oakley lenses. And yes, they are superior lenses! I found Posh Eyes a year ago but didn't take the plunge. It seemed risky to buy such expensive lenses online, but this year I decided to go for it. I'd already made contact with them via Social Media to verify they were indeed genuine Oakley lenses, and so ordered online. Communication was excellent and Julian was very clear how long they'd take. Today they've arrived and I must say they are perfect. Don't be concerned about ordering online with them - they're fantastic. And when I need new glasses I'll be sure to get them from Posh Eyes.

Rang Julian on Monday with a query about the lens type. He advised me that with my prescription I didn't really need the more expensive thinner options. Wow!! That makes a refreshing change these days!! Some of those high street opticians will try and take your arm off!! So I confidently placed my order online Monday afternoon, and posted them off around 3pm. Got them back Friday morning and they're great!!! Best quality lenses, in a designer frame, at a fraction of the high street price, and superfast service!!! Thank you Julian....

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses by phone from Posheyes. The service--courtesy of Julian--was superb. The item was dispatched to the US within a week even if it had to be special ordered and specially made (because rimless). The package arrived in Illinois, USA within another week. The quality of the lenses was top-notch. Excellent deal. I will buy from them again in the future.

Utterly Useless. I ordered a pair of Oakley Sunglasses that were "in stock" on the website. I eventually get an email from Julian telling me that they were a "special order" and that my existing lenses didn't fit the new frame. I acknowledged the error and politely requested a refund as no work had been performed, request was denied by Julian as it was a "special order" weird, because they're a common frame in the Oakley range. Julian could fit expensive new Oakley lenses though, rather conveniently. I then requested the frame be sent out as I've ordered lenses from a laboratory, only to receive no response and my old lenses arrive in the post and a refund email from the company. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere, this chap really needs to find another line of work, retail and customer service isn't a strong point.

A truly brilliant service. Professional, speedy and thorough. I got a branded pair of glasses much cheaper than an unbranded pair on the High Street. The process was very simple and I would definitely use them again.

I initially complained to Posh Eyes as I thought my contact lenses had not been delivered at my work, whilst it was actually reception that had not let me know. Posh Eyes were extremely helpful. They delivered a second pair at my work, and since I thought I had not received anything after that second try, they suggested to deliver at my home address. Thank you and sorry for the hassle Posh Eyes, that was a remarkable customer service.

I have bought from PoshEyes for many years now and have found them faultless. Whilst I check on their web site for current prices I usually ring to place my orders and always find Julian most helpful and professional. I would recommend without hesitation.
