The building itself is decent quality and looks good once it was finally up, but the delivery was a total nightmare. Driver turned up on the wrong day with no warning, then couldn’t get the lorry down our road and left without unloading. Took another week and several phone calls to get it rescheduled. When it eventually arrived the fitters were great, but the stress knocked off two stars for me.
