I wouldn’t recommend platinum services. At first I was very grateful for the assistance but the process was very messy and there was a lot of confusion so I still haven’t even attended a lesson, one month after the start date. They help you get an unconditional offer and after that you’re on your own. After I got my offer I’ve been left high and dry, loads of issues but the university are unwilling to help directly because “platinum services are supposed to help with it.” Now 6 weeks after my unconditional offer I’m going to have to drop out because of Student finance issues and 0 support. Totally crushed my chances and dreams.
