Was a delight to work with Pack Supplies. Jay and Nigel were incredibly helpful throughout the design process and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. As for the boxes themselves, I am very happy with how they turned out. The self-seal mailers save a ton of time messing around with tape during order fulfilment, look fantastic, and are 100% plastic-free!

Excellent service. After on line chat discovered I could buy just one box which was perfect for my requirements. Delivered next day and all for post free. Could not be more impressed with the service and quality product.

I just want to pass on feedback that this is the best box (off the shelf) I've ever received. I've used many suppliers previously but the quality of yours is unmatched. The boxes are very neat and I love that the inside is white and not brown like others. It is also quite sturdy! The size is perfect for my need and the tabs fit into the slots PROPERLY. Thank you

An absolute pointless waste of time. After submitting a quote request and receiving an auto-reply stating it'll be 24-48 hours until I get a reply, some 5 days on I am still sat twiddling my thumbs, despite a chaser email 24 hours prior. I also signed up for their newsletter than promised a discount code that never materialised. I'm not even sure if this company is still trading as there doesn't seem to be any activity at all...

Nigel at Packaging Supplies has been very helpful during the development and production of our two latest Gift Sets. Emails are always swiftly replied to, the time is taken to clearly explain everything in layman's terms and we have always been kept up to speed with the status of the production. Would recommend.
