The site automatically tried to apply 2 of everything to my cart when I only added 1. The tape was awful, I genuinely can’t use it since it just breaks on itself and makes the bottom not sticky, the box was good.

An absolute pointless waste of time. After submitting a quote request and receiving an auto-reply stating it'll be 24-48 hours until I get a reply, some 5 days on I am still sat twiddling my thumbs, despite a chaser email 24 hours prior. I also signed up for their newsletter than promised a discount code that never materialised. I'm not even sure if this company is still trading as there doesn't seem to be any activity at all...

Emails are always swiftly replied to, the time is taken to clearly explain everything in layman's terms and we have always been kept up to speed with the status of the production. Would recommend.

The delivery was exceptionally fast and the products I received are of great quality. I ordered some of the single wall boxes and was a little concerned they may be too flimsy, but I am not disappointed at all.
