I could start seeing results in the first month after using TRX2 hair supplements, plus I’m not losing hairs anymore. Totally worth your money! Highly recommend!
The products are good. The customer service not so good, since they don't speak good English. But the worse part is the loyalty program. You accumulate thousands of points, but you can only use a small amount at a time. So basically, I'm stuck with thousands of points that I cannot use, rendering the loyalty program and the points useless.
I am very picky when it comes to food supplements or medication. Still, being advised by my friend, I have started TRX2 capsules, the dietary food supplement for hair growth and was happily surprised by the results which I began to notice just after two months of taking it. The product is easily consumed with food and what is most important is it helped me to see improvements in my hair structure, its quality, and its general look. I do recommend this safe and effective supplement for everyone who is looking for helpful products which work.
You sometimes read reviews online for things that claim to do wonders, but this really works!!! It's expensive, but worth it. Their customer service is also great! Nadiya was a pleasure!
After more than 10 interactions with Oxford Biolabs customer service, I canceled my subscription for Melaniq. Customer Service has been unable to help me update my credit card information. I have not been able to update that information on my own. Their system keeps being unable to save my information. I called my bank, and they tell me it is Oxford Biolabs' system problem.
I would like to share my TRX2 experience. It is the food supplement which works because both my friends and I can see the results. I was amazed with the changes which happened not only to my hair, as it is on the ads, but also with my nails & skin. I remember the website offered a money-back guarantee. I bought 5 bottles at $75 each with absolutely no results. When I contacted customer service, they said the guarantee only covers unopened bottles, which to me is a refund and not a money-back guarantee. This means to me that they do not stand by their product. I will never buy from a company that offers a guarantee and then says only if the bottle is unopened.
Happy with the support team but you need to sort out DHL - three times they have messed up the delivery! Most recently I've ended up paying for two orders (400 Euros) because we thought the original had been lost.
The products are good, the automated refill plan is great and the price is fine. The reason why I don’t give it a five-star rating is because the account profile is scattered across different pages and some of them aren’t accessible. So updating details makes it complicated. It would be great for a UX designer and developer to review this and provide a better experience with maintaining a customer’s profile.
