Brilliant company easy to use easy to navigate site highly recommend
Took very long to sort out and still have not received details of my warranty despite asking numerous times. I was told I would have had them yesterday. Online help has not emailed me back from two days ago.
I'm pleased with the experience they were patient with me cheerful friendly.
Following over 2 weeks of P/E the settlement for the previous finance has not been paid and no arrangements made or indeed any communication! It was by co-incidence when I called the garage to check on the log book and warranty they mentioned to me, very stressful, I am concerned this is not part of a process?
