Memoria Funerals

I spoke to George and he was really kind and helpful. I was sorting out in advance a prepaid direct cremation for my dad. I know it will be hard at the time to deal with this. George talked me through the process and he was really great. I went on to speak to my dad about it, after all it's about him. I contacted Memoria to arrange the prep payment and Stephen was extremely helpful in sorting it out. It was all very easy to sort out. Obviously at this point I can only review the service so far. I am very hopeful that when the time comes I will receive the same excellent service. I would recommend Memoria to anyone.

Karen the person on the phone was so friendly and helpful and she made me feel at ease. I was arranging my own and my husbands funeral and I was totally beside myself but she helped me and answered all my questions.

I’ve been putting off arranging my funeral for years but a simple phone call made it very easy to organise and sort what exactly I wanted. James was very helpful and supportive.

I was given the wrong information on how to pre-pay for the funeral by putting a sum of money up front and taking the rest over 2 years with Funeral Safe. Luckily after thinking it over for 2 days, I rang back and spoke to a different person who, luckily sorted it all out for me. This could have caused me a great deal of stress if I had followed the first advice and cost a lot more money

Straightforward! Easy to understand. We tried five different firms. Memoria was the only one that explained the procedure. They did this with sympathy and compassion- more than the others
