I spoke to James Green who was very compassionate and empathetic. I felt very comfortable talking about uncomfortable things and he was the main reason I purchased the plan immediately. Unfortunately after I purchased the plan my daughter who has just lost her dad became upset and insisted I cancel. I spoke to Jane and the full amount was back in my account within 3 days.

My experience was they were explaining in depth and very honest and very kind and considerate. And felt comfortable with everything. I'm very happy to have a funeral plan with company, thank you

Karen the person on the phone was so friendly and helpful and she made me feel at ease. I was arranging my own and my husbands funeral and I was totally beside myself but she helped me and answered all my questions.

Straightforward! Easy to understand. We tried five different firms. Memoria was the only one that explained the procedure. They did this with sympathy and compassion- more than the others

Good service - and the customer service agent - George N. was excellent - very courteous and listened. There was a mix up in prices quoted and it did keep changing - but in the end they honored the price as quoted and I am delighted that my family member now has peace of mind that all her funeral arrangements are taken care of. George is a credit to your company

Fairly Efficient. Max asked when he didn't know the answer to a question. Not sure whether he was a new employee but was obviously trying to be really friendly when I would have preferred him to have been a little more business-like. Generally OK though.

Mum wanted to sort out funeral for my dad, spoke to Brandon who was very helpful answered any questions I had and wasn't pushy about selling me the platinum funeral gave us the weekend to talk it through and phoned back when asked to. Explained everything thoroughly couldn't have asked for better service to the extent that mum is thinking about sorting her funeral out soon

Absolutely lovely helpful lady on the end of the phone, which is what you want when you are arranging a funeral, all be it for yourself or another member of your family. Everything was explained and she was happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company.
