We rented our apartment through JCPenny at Jericho Oxford. Anna McKay in Lettings couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient, she navigated us through some tricky situations most efficiently yet with calm dignity. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna, she made the stressful task of renting an apartment (in a most sought after area of Oxford) that much simpler. Jacob at the JCP Lettings office has been a rock to us. Without his most polite and diligent back up at all times we would have found this renting process infinitely more frustrating. He is a real an asset to the company. Needless to say whilst we had no direct contact with Jasmin at admin , she held fort incredibly well to make the process possible.

A sale that I initially regarded as so straightforward I barely needed an estate agent, turned into an absolute nightmare. Francis guided me through to the conclusion with professional and friendly expertise

I can only agree with the shambolic service others have received. Unclean house, broken furniture, slug infestation, mould, ill fitting and broken furnishings. Do not rent from this company they are shameful and will blatantly lie to your face to tell you that they are fixing your problems - with no actual outcome.

The worst renting experience I’ve ever had, living in Oxford as a student I’ve been completely disregarded by them as none of the staff clearly care for their jobs at all. We were refused the landlords contact details yet when confronted with a problem jcp simple tell us it’s not their problem or fault. Who am I meant to contact then??. Furthermore we where lied too about the property and a year in the countless problems are still not fixed. I’ve sent countless emails which I asked to be forwarded to the landlord which have clearly been ignored and my housemate even had to refuse to leave their office until one of them did something about the broken locks on doors. Terrible terrible estate agents.

Honestly, I couldn't thank JCP enough for the tough sell they did on our behalf, considering the current House Market situation - we were able to sell our home finally. The communication with Teresa was simply transparent and provided clarity, and more so there were regular communications and suggestions - whenever any matters arose in between the time of the selling. I would definitely recommend JCP for the excellent client-tailored-based services that they provide. Thank you to Teresa and the team!
