Easily the most credible credit management company I have worked with, efficient and effective. I've been working with FJ Credit Management for approximately 4 months to manage bad debts, fortunately we only had a handful. Sharon & Paula helped us as a small business to create a process to deal with them and advised and delivered legal action when required. Dealing with bad debt is often emotional for business owners like myself, it's something that keeps you awake at night. Complete waste of time, money and energy. We found FJ Credit Control and spoke with Paula and she promised the world (what a sales pitch) in fact they never delivered what they stated made up jobs to try and make up for the time they charged and had the cheek to even over charge us one month. The whole system is automated and they even tried to set up a chaser.com account and denied it.
