Please be wary of this company. They sent me an incorrect and incomplete Berkey water filter. They have not responded to emails or returned any of my calls to return this and get a refund. The website now just says closed for maintenance.

The delivery was fast. But I had a slight problem with one of the parts being damaged. I contacted the team, and they were brilliant. Sent a replacement out the same day. Definitely would recommend.
