BIBO Water

Had my machine fixed this morning. Very fast service and such a lovely engineer who explained everything before repairing it. Very friendly too. Great service.

Such a wonderful product that I officially cannot live without. Even as a company, they are very passionate about their product; they send engineers so quickly to resolve any issues, and they are all very friendly. I have had my water tank for years now and will not change Bibo for anything else. I recommended it to my family and friends, and all are not disappointed with their decision. Thank you, Bibo!!

Just a heads up. BIBO no longer has a rental option for domestic customers if you were considering them as a new provider or changing over from a competitor. Not sure why they have taken this path.

Love our Bibo water dispenser. Recently something went wrong, and we had to use the kettle, which was awful, while we waited for Lewis to come and do his magic. Could not be without our Bibo, hot or cold water on the go.

I love our Bibo, and dealing with customer service is always a positive and personal experience. The best thing about the machine is the fresh, clean, and cold water.

Great service, efficient engineers. We have had a BIBO machine for a couple of years now, and it saves our staff so much time making drinks with its instant hot water and ice-cold water provision. BIBO even provides early service engineering slots that don't disrupt our client day.

Excellent service from the HQ Team and also the very helpful service technician that came to repair my machine. Five stars all the way.

The BIBO engineer (Sam) visited Barberry House to attend to our machine, which was leaking water from its base. Sam straightaway found the problem, he had the relevant parts with him in his van, and by the time he had finished servicing, our BIBO machine looked like new. Excellent service as always, and BIBO go above and beyond every time - thank you.

Engineer came for a service and ended up replacing our old machine! Just chatting with the engineer as he was working away and casually mentioned that the machine had dispensed water by itself a couple of times, which we had put down to an electrical surge or something similar, but was told that it was likely to be a known fault from the older machines when starting to fail. Checked his van, and he happened to have a brand new machine on board. Lucky days! Everything is explained well; the engineer is tidy and doesn't mind our dogs fussing around him as, of course, he was there to attend to them :-)
