BIBO Water

Great service! Quick response. So happy with my Bibo! Everyone in my family has a Bibo now. If there is ever an issue, they contact you straight away and resolve the issue.

Having previously been with Virgin Pure, then Culligan after they brought out the commercial side to Virgin, we couldn't be happier now being with Bibo. The machine itself is brilliant and looks great in the kitchen, and the service was second to none. Milly R was always quick to get back to me and answered any questions perfectly. Delivery of the machine was quick, and the installer Tasha was knowledgeable and very bubbly. Overall, would recommend Bibo to anyone considering getting a water machine.

I'm new to Bibo; we've had this machine for about 6 months, and it's keeping all the staff happy. Also, they came out recently to sort out the filter - very prompt. So far, so good.

We have had a Bibo machine in our office for 3 years now and have been really happy with it. We initially considered a boiling water tap, but this machine gives us boiling water as well as chilled water and is far less hassle to install. Would definitely recommend :)

We had a female engineer attend to resolve a water leak on our Bibo machine. She arrived on time, resolved the problem, and would be a credit to any company. She showed us what work she had completed and discussed the machine with us. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from you.
